This is a HO scale Walthers CSX Offset Hopper that was weathered and hand painted graffiti was added. The graffiti was replicated from actual train car photos. The materials used on this car  were mostly acrylics along oil paints. 

This car in new, has metals wheels,  and is available for sale or I can do your rolling stock in mass or a few cars at a time.
